Metadyna was founded by Prof. Dr. Abdullah Seçgin, a mechanical engineer specializing in high-frequency vibrations, acoustic design, composite structures, and uncertainty analysis. Advancing from undergraduate studies to full professorship at Dokuz Eylul University, he conducted internationally supported research, including a prestigious Marie Curie Fellowship, and published numerous SCI-indexed articles and scientific books. His expertise extends into industry through vibro-acoustic analysis, sound insulation, structural vibration optimization, and acoustic metamaterial design across defense, automotive, white goods, and infrastructure sectors.

Coeus Inovation Technology invested in MetaDyna in 2022. With the ambition of becoming a leading deep-tech hub, Coeus establishes venture capital and private equity–style partnerships that translate academic knowledge and early-stage technologies into market-ready products. The company has invested in electric motor technologies, genetic HIL simulation, and metamaterials as part of its mission to accelerate commercialization and scalable company building.

Under Coeus Inovation Technology Holding, MetaDyna relocated its headquarters to the Netherlands, expanding its presence within global innovation ecosystems. The company protects its intellectual property through a strong IP portfolio, including two granted patents and four pending patents.
